Financial Processing Solutions offers a wide range of extensive, repetitive services for Not-For-Profits to manage and maintain their financials. Our services cover the following key areas, however, can extend further on an individual client basis:


FPS are able to service clients with the following administrative functions:

  • Preparation of banking deposits.
  • Processing of credit card donations via online merchant facilities. 
  • Daily checking of deposits against bank statements.
  • Daily reconciliations of online and website donations.
  • OCR scanning of all banking & donor response slips.
  • Data entry of donation batches into database systems.
  • Upload online and website donations into database systems.
  • Handle all incoming donor calls – this includes receiving and processing donations, processing any changes or updates to donor records in the database and assisting with any queries they may have.

  • Compliance for handling tax-deductible & non-tax-deductible donations.


FPS are able to assist clients with the following Bookkeeping functions:

  • Data entry of accounts into MYOB, Reckon (QuickBooks) or Xero. 
  • Enter accounts payable entries, prepare EFT payment batches for ABA upload and approval to the bank.  
  • Asset Register – Setup and Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers and Depreciation Schedules
  • Monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and Process Accounts Receivable invoices & statements and follow up for Debtors control.


As registered accountants and BAS agents, FPS are able to assist clients with the following general accounting functions:

  • Preparation of monthly management reports including analysis reports and reconciliations.
  • Budget preparation & analysis.
  • Registered BAS agents for GST obligations preparation and lodgements.  
  • Liaising with company auditors and tax agents for year-end requirements.
  • ACNC & ROCO assistance with lodgement if required.


FPS offer comprehensive Payroll services to clients such as:

  • Prepare payroll batches on weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay run cycles including FBTE portions and upload ABA files to bank.
  • Preparation and online portal lodgement for payroll PAYG liabilities.
  • End of year reconciliation and finalisation of Employee Income Statements.
  • Maintenance of Employer Records.
  • Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting.
  • Preparation and payment of superannuation obligations including online remittance contributions with funds/clearing houses. 

General Service

Other general services FPS are able to offer clients can include:

  • Storage facilities available for stock & fulfillment items.
  • Prepare and liaise with Westpac bank relationship manager for Not-for-Profit Sector for services available to FPS clients.
  • Daily mail pickup from Australia Post PO Boxes based at Penrith NSW Business Centre.
  • Assistance with Database setup, integrations and maintenance.
  • Process banking deposits at local banks daily.
  • Drop off packages/orders to Australia Post for daily dispatch.


At FPS, all work completed is charged on the basis of an hourly rate, as opposed to a set monthly charge.
